The ACT 3 Addresses, Street by Street

Four streets, three neighbourhoods, one standard. A tour of our Paris apartments by their address: rue Vivienne, rue Sainte-Anne, rue du Temple and rue de Rennes.
Apartments are usually introduced by their figures: the number of bedrooms, the floor area, the capacity. We prefer to begin with the street. An address tells you everything about how you will live in Paris: what you will see when you open the shutters, where you will have your coffee, which way you will walk home at night.
Every address chosen, none by chance. Here are ours.
Rue Vivienne, 2nd
Rue Vivienne rises from the edges of the Palais-Royal towards the Bourse and the Grands Boulevards. Along the way: the Galerie Vivienne and its glass roof, the Palais Brongniart, the Musée Grévin. A Paris of passages and stone, busy by day and dining late.
Our apartments on rue Vivienne have two or three bedrooms and sleep four to six guests. The interiors are light and restrained, in tones of wood and linen; two of them open onto a balcony. They suit couples and families alike who want to live at the centre of everything.

Rue Sainte-Anne, 2nd
A little further west, rue Sainte-Anne links the gardens of the Palais-Royal to the Opéra quarter. A narrow street, lively at lunchtime, it runs through the Japanese quarter of Paris. To the north, the Palais Garnier; to the south, the arcades and the lime-tree alleys.
Here: two or three bedrooms, bright living spaces, and room for up to eight guests depending on the apartment. An address for those who go out in the evening and like to walk home.
Rue du Temple, 3rd
Rue du Temple crosses the Upper Marais from north to south. Around it: private mansions turned museums, the Musée Picasso, the Musée Carnavalet, the Musée des Arts et Métiers, galleries and designer boutiques, and the Marché des Enfants Rouges for lunch.
Our apartments on rue du Temple have three or four bedrooms: up to eight guests, generous volumes and, in one of them, high ceilings. They are designed for families and group stays, with tables made for dining together.
Rue de Rennes, 6th
On the Left Bank, rue de Rennes leads to the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The church, the cafés where Sartre and Beauvoir wrote, the bookshops and galleries, Saint-Sulpice and its quiet streets; and, close by, the Luxembourg garden, the neighbourhood's open-air living room.
The apartments on rue de Rennes have three or four bedrooms and sleep six to eight guests. Large living spaces for entertaining, a bedroom for everyone.
What they share
From one street to the next, the interiors change and the standard stays the same: a prime address, a building with character, considered design, and equipment that holds up to daily life. All our apartments are air-conditioned, with an equipped kitchen, and several have as many bathrooms as bedrooms.
Around them, the service: a personal welcome, premium linen, a dedicated concierge seven days a week, a team you can reach at any hour. A selection, not a catalogue: every apartment is chosen, prepared and looked after by our team, which personally knows each one.
You will find them all in the collection, and each neighbourhood has its own page: the 2nd, the 3rd, the 6th.
