On the large booking sites, you are a booking number. Direct, you are our guest. The difference is not a turn of phrase: it changes the price, the conversation and the stay.

The price, first. No service fees are added to the displayed price: you get the best available rate for the apartment and the dates you choose.

The conversation, next. You write to the team that knows the apartment, the neighbourhood and your booking. The same point of contact is with you before, during and after your stay; the concierge is dedicated seven days a week, and the team can be reached at any hour.

Flexibility, finally. Cancellation is free more than 30 days before arrival. 30 days or less before arrival, the booking is no longer refundable; the team can, however, review a request case by case.

And everything a large booking site does not do: a table booked for your first evening, a transfer from the airport, a last-minute request. Every ACT 3 stay can become a bespoke experience.
